   New Life Wheel Repair is a part of New Life Vinyl Repair, an upholstery company that was founded in 1991 by Navor Tercero. It

was rooted in the principles that he learned in the military: honesty, service, and hard work. Navor’s children grew up learning these principles as well as learning the trade. Fast forward a couple decades and New Life Vinyl Repair is now a vibrant family owned and operated company whose growth has been slow and whose knowledge is deep.
